Current Projects

This is a new construction 3 story 90,000 sq ft storage facility and a 26 bay indoor RV/Camper storage building. 

We are providing a full electrical and fire alarm scope on this project. 

To Include:

•  A new 600 amp 480V service and several panelboards through out the space. 

• New lighting system and controls in the 3 story and RV building.

• Power requirements and connections for 2 elevators. 

• New general power throughout the 3 story and RV building.

• Power requirements and final connections for HVAC controls throughout.

• We will provide and install a complete fire alarm system.

• We are self performing all of our own excavation and pole light bases for our site work.

This is a new construction 30,000 sq ft hazardous materials warehouse. 

We are providing a full electrical and fire alarm scope for this project.

To include: 

• A new 800 amp 480v service and panel boards throughout.

• A new 200kw generator and ATS's for the emergency power back up system.

• New lighting system and controls

• Power requirements and final connections for HVAC equipment and general power requirements throughout.

• This job will consist of all explosion proof conduits, fittings and lighting fixtures in the warehouse space.  

• We will provide and install a complete fire alarm system. 

• We will self perform all of our own excavation and pole light bases for our site work.

This is a new construction building with 2 empty retail spaces for future tenants. This is 2 vanilla box tenant buildings.

• We are installing a service with 2-200 amp panels

• General lighting and HVAC power and final connections

• We will be self perform all of our own excavation for our site work.
