This 45,000 sq ft store was a total loss from a fire earlier in the year, so this project was a total new fit out in the existing space. 

Lancaster Catholic High School 

Phase 1B 

5/21-8/21

This was a full gut and fit out of Reilly Hall. This second floor project was original from the late 60's. This floor was totally gutted down to the exterior walls and building steel. New masonry corridor walls were built and traditional framed demising walls. New classrooms were built and utilized as new Lab classrooms. 

Giant 6485- Mt joy

This was a full store remodel along with a 50' full building addition on to the east side of the building. 

The remodel aspect involved:

We relocated the produce cases and all of the aisles in the store moved several feet for the new addition.  In addition we installed power for a new walk-in freezer, new dairy wall with relocated dairy cases and a new click and collect area. This job also involved relocating the customer service area. The existing customer service had 3 panelboards in it, so we had to relocate the panels and all of the existing circuits that fed the store during off hours and make sure everything was back online in the morning. 

Giant 6447- Linglestown

This was a full store remodel. We added:

This was a very invasive remodel! 

After the remodel was complete we also installed a new Starbucks kiosk. This required us to run a new 200 amp feed from the electrical room and do all of the final connections for their equipment.

Weis 148-Lebanon

9/21-12/21

This was a partial store remodel. This store required:

The customer service relocation also included the relocation of 3 existing panelboards. These panels had to be re-fed from overhead as the underground feeds could not be relocated. We provided new panels and feeds for this and relocated the existing circuits.
