Eurofins Lancaster Labs 

Building M, 5th floor fit out

This project was a 16,000 sq ft fit out. Half of the space was fit out for office use and the other half was for laboratory space. We installed several panelboards in the service corridor for use for this fit out. These were normal emergency and life safety powered panels. Two of these panels had to have feeds ran through 2 floors to the electrical room on the 3rd floor. In the lab spaces we provided lighting and power throughout along with power poles that we pre fabricated in house to match the clients needs. We provided all the special power requirements and terminations for their specialty equipment. In the office spaces we provided lighting and power throughout the space. We installed wiremold products along all of the office cubicle walls for power and data usage for workstations.

Bucknell University- Lewisburg

Vedder Hall & Gateway Apartments

Vedder Hall was a rehab of five story, 300+room dormitory building. This was a very invasive project. We provided all new lighting for the building. We provided power and final connections for new HVAC equipment. We replaced wiring in 75% of the building that was orginal wiring from the 60's. We replaced main panel feeders and panels that were also original from the 60's. We replaced 3- 600 amp MDP panels and feeders and 10 individual panelboards and their feeder as well. We updated power and lighting in the ground floor for a new student commons space with power for a new kitchen area. Each dorm room got new lighting and fan coil units. We also added power and controls for a new elevator that was added to the building. Along with the hvac work we added over 150 fire alarm devices and controls for the smoke dampers and elevator on this project. Gateway apartments was similar to Vedder hall. This was a rehab of 2 3 story building with a total of 24- 2 bedroom apartments. We installed all new lighting and final connections for new hvac equipment. Along with the HVAC equipment we had to add fire alarm and power for all the the smoke dampers throughout 

Giant  6565 - Lebanon  

4/22-7/22

This was a partial store remodel and a takeover/fit out. Giant took over the neighboring tenants space to add a beer/wine sales area, a click and collect, new customer restrooms and a rear storage area. This store received:

Lancaster Catholic High School

Phase 1B.1a

6/22-9/22

This project involved some invasive prep work for us to prepare for a future phase. The west side of the buildings panels were fed overhead through the Cafeteria. In the next phase the Cafeteria is going to be demolished, so this phase involved relocating all of these panel feeds around the Cafeteria. 

We value engineered the project to save the client and redesigned the original layout of these conduits and utilized a panel we installed in a previous phase to re-feed all of the panels on that side of the school to save the client time and money. 

We ran several new feeder conduits above existing ceilings and through several original walls and structures to accomplish our goal. We installed all new lighting in the ground floor corridors and band room as well in this phase.
